During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a password of your choosing. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. z2777 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to your z2777 account and not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account on your behalf.

Any activity that occurs through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify z2777 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. z2777 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

Account Name and Payment Method Matching

The name registered on your z2777 account must match the name registered to the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. For example, if you deposit via bKash, the mobile number's registered account holder name must match your z2777 account name. Mismatches between the account name and the payment method name are treated as a verification failure and will prevent withdrawal processing until resolved.

Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one z2777 account. If z2777 determines that an individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different names or mobile numbers — z2777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any balances held in those accounts as a fee for breach of these terms, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering. Players who discover they have inadvertently created a second account must notify support immediately and must not use the duplicate account.

Account Currency

All z2777 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus credits are all displayed and calculated in BDT. z2777 does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services within the platform.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk, mathematically structured bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and using a payment method not registered in the player's own name to deposit qualifying amounts for a bonus.

Promotional Eligibility

z2777 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Promotions are generally available to players who have completed identity verification and who have made at least one deposit. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, or ICC tournaments — are time-limited and subject to availability. z2777 makes no guarantee that any particular promotion will be available at any given time.

Random Number Generation and RTP

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a game freeze, connection interruption, or server error — that interrupts a game round before a result is determined, z2777 will take one of the following actions at its reasonable discretion: (a) void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance; or (b) resume the game round from the point of interruption if the game state can be reliably recovered from server logs. z2777 is not liable for any loss of winnings that a player believes would have been generated from a game round that was interrupted by a technical malfunction.

Disputed Results

If a player disputes the outcome of a game or bet, the player must raise the dispute within 30 calendar days of the relevant game round or bet settlement date by contacting support at [email protected] with the game round ID or bet reference number. z2777 will review the server logs and game provider records and provide a written response within 10 business days. The game provider's server-side records are the authoritative source of truth for all game outcomes; client-side screenshots are not accepted as evidence of a disputed outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z2777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during the verification process; impersonating another individual; using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one z2777 account, whether in the same name or in a different name, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing platform rules.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games where player decisions can affect shared outcomes.

• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to z2777. • Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards z2777 staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat features.

Players who are found to have engaged in any of the above activities accept that z2777's determination, based on its review of available evidence including server logs, transaction records, and communication history, is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 8.
